Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to some restaurants and shopping spots, but there were issues with disturbances nearby. The room, despite being big and clean with a nice kitchenette, had a terrible smell to it. The service was mixed between very helpful and accommodating to simply civil, with some unfriendly encounters. The dining options were decent, but some improvements could be made.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the front desk people were apologetic but ineffective at addressing the issues like the musty smell in the rooms, malfunctioning refrigerator, and noisy shower. However, the location was convenient and easy to find from the freeway. There was a scuffle nearby that made me consider leaving. The service was average with some room for improvement, whereas the lack of proper maintenance was noticeable. The dining experience was nothing to write home about. Despite these drawbacks, the staff managed to be pleasant and accommodating, especially given a sold-out situation during a busy event like the Eclipse.
